To be responsible to the production manager for supervision of all staff allocated to their project.
Proven ability of supervising a team of operatives on site.
Good strong communication skills with ability to direct orders efficiently.
Strong technical ability in carpentry.

Good level of English language and operatives native language.
Strong eye for detail and to ensure quality standards are maintained on site.
To be able to work with / for a project manager on allocated projects.
Liaise with transport supervisor for all transport requirements to and from site.
Liaise with work shop supervisor on all items required on the project.

Work shop Supervisor:

We are seeking work shop supervisors who have the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the role.
The main attributes we seek are as follows:

To report to the production manager for all aspects of the build items on all projects.
To maintain high standards of production both in finish and efficiency.
To supervise the men on site.
To ensure that all time keeping is maintained.
To ensure that all production is completed on time.
Good level of communication.
Good level of English language and operatives native language.
Good understanding and can interpret detailed drawings.
Good carpentry skills as well as good knowledge of all other aspects ie. Paint shop, cutting and CNC.
Liaise with operational supervisors ensuring all materials are available for transport when required.
Liaise with stores to ensure that all raw materials are available or ordered on time.

Business Development Manager:

We are seeking Business Development Managers who have the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the role.
The main attributes we seek are as follows:

Excellent communication skills.
Proven track record in exhibition / event sales development, preferably within the UAE.
Excellent negotiation skills at multiple levels with a client.
Ability to communicate internally your requirements to all departments.
Have a thorough understanding of market pricing.
Prepare and distribute your own pipe line reports.
Have your own target base of clients.
To work within a busy department and be able to travel within the GCC countries.

Store man

We are seeking store man who have the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the role.
The main attributes we seek are as follows:

To be responsible for all aspects of the stores to the contracts manager.
To ensure that all stock levels are maintained and replenished where required. This will include glass, steel and any build items.
To liaise with the work shop supervisor for all materials required for the build items.
To maintain an accurate inventory of all stock items.
To perform regular stock counts when directed by the contracts manager.
To be computer literate and maintain an accurate stock report on the server.
To ensure that all necessary paperwork for goods in and out are maintained.
Good level of English.

CAD – Exhibition space layout planning
Well versed with ACAD and quick at Drafting layouts and space planning, someone with extremely good communication skills in English, who is a good listener as the profile needs a lot of independent telephonic and email communication with various organizers and clients, a well organized person as the person has to simultaneously do layout planning and amendments for various exhibition shows happening all the year round.

Exhibition & Interior designers/conceptualisers
The applicants must be able to create engaging and memorable environments, integrating the latest design and technological trends. We are looking for 2-3 years experienced and proactive individuals who have a good eye for design detailing, are updated with the materials and very good at producing fabrication/shop drawings, should be quick at visualising, must have good communication and presentation skills, multitasker with excellent knowledge of latest design packages including 3d max, ACAD, Photoshop, illustrator/Coreldraw etc

CAD detailers/draughtsmen
Someone with 2-3 years excellent production detailing experience with interiors/exhibitions workshop drawings and quick at producing the same, excellent knowledge and experience on ACAD is a must and other design softwares like 3dmax, Photoshop, Ill ust rator/ Coreldraw etc will be an added advantage.

Estimator
With at least 1 years experience in the exhibition industry. Must have a Civil Engineering Diploma and be an excellent communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
