Projex was delighted to be asked by DMG to propose a new design for their Middle East Energy Club.
The previous years they had utilized a temporary structure and the brief was to create and build a more solid and permanent look and feel and to be bespoke.
The Middle East Energy club is an invitation only hospitality venue that is situated outside of the venue and is located adjacent to the ADNEC Marina.
The overall size of the pavilion was more than 2500m2 on the ground level with an open courtyard.
The stand had modern furnishings and awash with greenery and a mixture of natural finishes such as stone and natural woods and a water feature in the centre after the entrance.
The open plan F&B and dining areas completed the ground floor.
The meeting rooms on the ground floor surrounded the open courtyard with a grand central staircase leading to the first floor.
On the first floor there can be found an exclusive dining area for VIP clients along with larger and more formal VIP Executive meeting rooms for specific club members.
Along the outside of the first floor there is a welcoming terrace.
Visitors were able to relax with their clients and discuss business in an outside informal atmosphere.
Finally next to the Energy Club is a purpose-built pavilion that houses the Leadership Building.
This area was built specifically for senior VIP’s and Ministers. The pavilion has a magnificent central board room style table that can accommodate up to 40 around an oval-shaped table with rich finishes throughout.
