Based out of ADNEC, the Capitals purpose built exhibition facility, Cityscape Abu Dhabi is the Middle East’s largest international real estate exhibition attracting over 20,000 visitors over 3 days.
TDIC have been actively involved in many of the country’s most prestigious and high profile projects including the Guggenheim AD, the Louvre AD and their newest Saadiyat Cultural District therefore this is an important event to showcase their projects.
The TDIC stand was a rebuild of the existing stand we had designed and built for them – a modern, clean, dynamic and progressive environment resulting in an eye catching structure.
- Client: TDIC – Tourism Development & Investment Company
- Event: Cityscape Abu Dhabi
- Date: 21-23 April 2015
- Venue: ADNEC, Abu Dhabi.
We rebranded the structure for this show in order to represent Saadiyat Island which is the key development of TDIC.
The stand incorporated a large model which is the master plan of Saadiyat Island which was the key focal point for the stand. The model was a prominent central piece allowing TDIC the opportunity to highlight existing and future developments on the island to potential investors.
The 400sqm stand was set over two floors, upstairs was a VIP majlis and some seating areas for meetings. Downstairs was used as a platform to showcase all the new and in progress developments coming onto the market. This was primarily done through large graphics, light boxes and large seamless screens.
Whilst the structure was the same as previous years, the stand took on a brand new fresher outlook.
