For the 4th consecutive year, Projex were appointed to design and install the Katara Hospitality stand at the region’s largest and most important travel event – ATM. The show, running over 4 days, attracts 25,000 visitors and accommodates 2500 exhibitors from around the globe.
The Doha based hospitality organisation is the region’s largest hospitality owner, manager and developer. In addition to developing their own hotel brands they partner with some of the world’s finest hotels including The Ritz-Carlton, Sheraton, Raffles, Marriott, Movenpick and The Burgenstock Selection.
Taking in the quality of hotels exhibiting on the stand it was, as always, imperative the stand was extremely well finished and designed in line with these top hotels.

The 200sqm stand set over 2 floors served as a platform for Katara Hospitality’s group of hotels to promote themselves at the event. The ground floor was designed around individual booths with a dedicated area to each of the assets. Each booth comprised of custom made furniture with cushions matching the colours of Katara.
This year we redesigned the back of the stand and rebranded it to represent Murwab Hotels, a property of Katara Hospitality. The back of the stand took on the look and feel of a Murwab Hotel.
The upstairs was a traditionally designed meeting room exclusively for Katara to hold meetings and entertain their VIP guests.
The overall stand theme was based on luxury reflecting the brand of Katara and its partner hotels.
