Nobel Museum Exhibition

This year, Projex formed a new partnership with Atelier-Bruckner. A German based creative company who conceive and develop narrative architecture and spaces for brands, exhibitions, trade fairs and museums. We were asked to deliver The Nobel Museum “Exploring Life : Noble Prize in Physiology or Medicine”.

Sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation (MBRF), the event is aimed at strengthening knowledge and highlighting the contributions of Nobel laureates and their contributions in the field of medicine which have helped transform human life. This is the first time that Noble Museum has dedicated an exhibition to the medical field. The Exhibition focuses on the contributions of Nobel Prize winners including the treatment of chronic diseases.

The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine has been awarded 106 times to 210 Nobel Laureates between 1901 and 2015.
This Nobel Museum exhibition will return to Dubai every year for the next 4 years with a highlight on different Nobel prizes on each occasion.

  • Client: Atelier Bruckner
  • Event: Nobel Museum Exhibition: “Exploring Life”
  • Date: 21 February – 21 March 2016
  • Venue: Childrens City, CreekSide Park, Dubai.

Located in Creek Park, Dubai, Children’s City is the first interactive educational city in the UAE devoted to children where they can investigate, explore, play, discover, and learn about the world in which we live. This event invited the children and youths to interact and explore the findings of the Nobel Laureates in “Physiology or Medicine” through an interesting and fun-filled manner

The construction created different zones, which contained projection screens, a mirrored ceiling, bespoke displays, a 3D graph made from lit acrylic rods and an 8m long fully interactive DNA model for the children to explore. Over 500 individual graphics panels were produced for the event.
Having enjoyed a successful installation this year around, we look forward to the opportunity to work on this event again in the years to come.
