Saudia is the national airline of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is currently the third largest carrier in the Middle East with a constantly growing network both domestically and internationally to over 120 destinations in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.

Taking their mission statement “ To enhance the reputation of SAUDIA and improve its image within the Kingdom and abroad”. Projex was engaged to design and build a modern fresh stand to act as a platform to provide an interactive experience of the airline, its services and network.

At Arabian Travel Market in Dubai 2017 the stand design was a 203 m2 curved stand in size and was a double deck providing formal and informal meeting spaces. It was located in a prime location within hall 4 and provided a platform to present their key services, routes including business and first class seats.

On the ground floor were two interactive elements. One was a touch sphere which provided the user an interactive experience by rotating a sphere which was connected to a 180 degrees screen providing useful key information on Saudia’s routes, services, in flight entertainment and future developments.

The second experience was a 3d model of the world connected to a touchscreen. The purpose was to allow the user to enter a destination and the globe rotated until it reached the destination and provided the user with a wealth of information about the city and country entered in addition to the services and aircraft offered on that route.
